8 Days Old and already stealing hearts, Logan is such an adorable baby boy. We had a wonderful session today with mommy and daddy and Aunt M too! Thanks to Baby and Belly Photo Props for the awesome hammock/blanket. Enjoy!

I had the privilege last weekend of photographing Meta and husband David. What a cute couple! They are expecting their first child, a little girl. Meta literally brought a suitcase full of clothes and we had a blast changing from one to another. They were truly a joy to work with.
Belly shots have become increasingly popular over the past few years thanks to Demi Moore several years ago. They are a fun way to capture and celebrate the miraculous gift of new life. There are so many directions you can take the images, the possibilities are endless. From bare bellies to full covered bellies, it’s fun to capture this special time in a couples life.

Typically, when the weather gets colder, as it is now, photography slows down. In some ways, that has been the case, but I have kept myself busy with a couple of newborns and their siblings as well as some unexpected collage designs.
Another facet of the business being addressed is the Senior Representative Program. After experiencing the first year of the rep program, we have made some exciting changes which will not only benefit our studio, but will be a huge incentive to the reps themselves! If you know of a junior who will be a senior in the 2010-2011 school year and believe they would be an outstanding rep for Radiant Images, please direct them to our senior rep app found here or on our website.

Time for an Update…

Wow, the time has flown by and it is now fall, although it feels much like winter! We have been busy with senior sessions, a couple of weddings and a sprinkling of family shoots as well. Now, as I look at the calendar, October is nearly gone and November is coming up the lane.
Tomorrow, we are hosting a Fall Mini Sessions day in Vandalia. These are 15 minutes sessions for families/groups to get some portraits taken for Christmas cards or ‘just because’! We will also be having a Mini Sessions day here in Wentzville at Quail Ridge Park on October 23rd. If you haven’t scheduled your mini session yet, give us a call as times are very limited for this very special offering. For $35 you will receive a 15 minutes mini session with your group and a FREE 8×10. We have also put together some very special packages just for these mini sessions. You don’t want to miss this chance to capture some memories.
